I would like to comment on the article “Study: Women on the pill may live longer,” printed March 13.

How can pills that contain “synthetic hormones to suppress ovulation” be at all healthy?

The article was vague, written with the words “may” and “might not,” and yet we are talking about women’s lives.

I worry about the relationship between the birth control pill and breast cancer, as breast cancer is on the rise.

In a world where we should be ever more concerned about health and morality, I find the study to be outdated.

Birth control pills harm women’s bodies, destroy marriages and, ultimately, sicken society.

Women worldwide deserve to hear about new natural family planning techniques that are being used today.
