AUBURN — ERA Worden Realty announces that Dot Fernald has been awarded the Top ERA Agent Award by the ERA of Maine Broker Council for her outstanding production and commitment to her clients in 2009.
Fernald’s team includes Scott Robert, buyer agent, James Adams, buyer agent, and Linda Ruksznis, administrative assistant, client care coordinator and computer manager.
They were recognized at the annual ERA Broker Council Awards Banquet held at the Senator in Augusta.
Dot Fernald has been actively engaged in real estate for more than 25 years. She has consistently been recognized locally, statewide and nationally for her many achievements.
The Dot Fernald Team specializes in every aspect of real estate: residential, multis/investment, land, new construction and commercial. Fernald is a member of the Androscoggin Valley Board of Realtors, the Maine Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
