RUMFORD — The following arrests were recorded recently by the Rumford Police Department.
• Joseph Turner, 28, Rumford, warrant charging unpaid fines on charge of assault, turned himself in at the police station at 4:05 p.m. April 1 on River Street. He was released on $395 cash bail. A court date has yet to be set.
• Tammy Cadwell, 19, Rumford, warrant charging failure to appear on charge of forgery, 7:11 p.m. March 27 on Pine Street. She was released on $100 cash bail. A court date has yet to be set.
• Troy Blanchard, 20, Mexico, violation of conditions of release, 2:35 a.m. March 22 on Cumberland Street. He was also summoned on charges of illegal possession of alcohol by a minor and illegal possession of drug paraphernalia. Blanchard was released to a hospital, and will be arraigned on June 8 in Rumford District Court.
