Rescue crews from Harrison and Bridgton had to use mechanical means to extricate a woman trapped in her vehicle early Sunday morning following an accident at the intersection of Bolster Mills and Haskell Hill roads. A deputy with the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office said Sunday that the crash occurred about 12:30 a.m. after the woman, whose name was not available, failed to negotiate a left-hand turn onto Bolster Mills Road from Haskell Hill Road. The vehicle then left the road and went into the woods. The woman was taken to Stephens Memorial Hospital in Norway.
