MEXICO — Bruce Buckingham of Mexico is pleased to announce the engagement of his daughter, Jill A. Buckingham of Mexico, to Michael M. Arbor of Mexico, son of Chuck Arbor, Janine Young and Norma and Cindy Theriault of Mexico.
Miss Buckingham is employed as a case manager for Oxford County Health Services.
Mr. Arbor is employed as a cook at Brian’s Bistro.
A July 2 wedding is planned.
