LEWISTON — The first ever Holy Family School reunion will be held on Sunday, Aug. 15. Anyone who attended Holy Family School on Sabattus Street is invited to attend.
The open house event will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Franco-American Heritage Center, 46 Cedar St. Cost to attend is $10 each person, payable at the door. Hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar will be available.
Alumni from all classes will have the opportunity to rekindle relationships developed with classmates and teachers from Holy Family School. The committee hopes to see alumni from every year the school was open, 1927 through 1973. They are also looking to have multi-generation families of the school attend as a highlight of the reunion.
Attendees are asked to bring any mementos or souvenirs they may want to share of years spent at the grammar school.
