FARMINGTON — Larrie M. Campbell, 58, of New Sharon, passed away unexpectedly on April 13, at the Franklin Memorial Hospital.

He was born on May 17, 1951, in Farmington, the son of Elwood and Madeline (Hinkley) Campbell.

He worked for several years as a millwright at Forster Manufacturing in Strong. Most recently, he worked at home with his horses.

He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, telling jokes, four-wheeling and taking care of his horses. He was a member of the Tiny Horse Miniature Horse Club and the Maine Horseman Association.

He leaves behind his beloved wife, Michele (Fraser) of New Sharon, whom he married on Sept. 19, 2009; daughter, Anissa Campbell, and soon-to-be son-in-law, Aaron Allumbaugh, of Farmington; son, Kirk Campbell and wife, Nancy, of Deerfield, N.H.; stepson, Josh Hardy of New Sharon; grandchildren, Natasha Donald and Tanner Allumbaugh; beloved family pets, Cori, Feisty, Indy, Violet, Sassy, Lily, Unwanted, Hippie and Jasmine; and many close friends.

He was predeceased by a brother, Leonard Campbell.
