Spring brings the return of the Downtown Norway banners to Main Street. Scott Berk, Peter Toohey and Brenda Melhus worked this week to hang the banners that were the product of the Norway Downtown Design committee. First hung last summer, the original six banners were specifically designed for Norway using the Norway Downtown Map and Guide as a source of inspiration for the topics. They display historic and present-day photos to celebrate Norway as a very special place to live, work and play. Following the same design, Western Foothills Land Trust and Norway Memorial Library contributed banners to celebrate their organizations.
