Randy Swift, of Swift Acres in Hebron, pictured, spoke to the Hebron Historical Society about maple syrup processing and how it has evolved over the years, at the society’s meeting on March 23. His presentation included a display of materials and a slide presentation. The society’s program on Tuesday, April 27, will feature Ben Conant of South Paris presenting the history of fires in Hebron Village around 1900, including those of the Trustee House and Bellevue House. The meeting and program will be held at 7 p.m. at the Hebron Town Office. The public is invited.
