Natasha is a polite, engaging teen born in March 1995. Like most girls her age, her interests include shopping, music, clothes and reading the “Twilight” series. Easygoing by nature, she likes many types of music, from country singer Taylor Swift to hip-hop and dance music. She enjoys watching movies, from chick flicks to action adventures.

She strives to get good grades at her public high school. She likes to hang out with her friends during school and after, and says she keeps her room “kinda clean.”

Natasha has recently reconnected with some members of her birth family. She would very much like to continue those relationships.

Donovan, born in August 1996, is creative, smart and has a keen sense humor. He is an honor roll student. While he would rather be outdoors, he does enjoy playing video games and listening to music. When outdoors, he likes to canoe, kayak, fish, bike, swim and go camping.

Donovan hopes to have a pet, particularly a dog. He loves watching “Animal Planet” on television and then discussing what he has learned about the featured animals.

Natasha and Donovan are two of the 154 children currently in the Maine Department of Health and Human Service’s seeking an adoptive family. Based in Gardiner, A Family for ME is a nonprofit that works in collaboration with Maine DHHS.
