RUMFORD — Funeral services for Geneva Mae Garrett of Mexico were held Saturday at Meader and Son Funeral Home, 3 Franklin St., Rumford, with the Rev. Phillip Tarr officiating. Special music included “Amazing Grace” and “Oh, What a Day That Will Be,” sung by Diane Tarr. Words of remembrance were given by Angela Varnum and Kathy Townsend. Committal services were conducted by the Rev. Tarr at St. John Cemetery, Rumford. A reception followed at the home of Angela Varnum in Dixfield.
