JAY — The Red Hat Mommas of Western Maine met on May 5 at LaFleur’s Restaurant. The meal was enjoyed by 15 Red Hatters. The teacup exchange was made and one birthday recognized.
The group announced the following trips for June and July: the play, “Always Patsy Cline,” will be held on Tuesday, June 15 at the Brunswick Music Theater. Attendees will leave at noon from the Dixfield Post Office. The deadline to attend the trip is Friday, May 14.
A trip to the Stone Mountain Art Center in Brownfield is scheduled for Tuesday, July 20. Participants will leave at 9:30 a.m. from the Marden’s parking lot in Rumford. The deadline to attend is June 23.
The next meeting will be Wednesday, May 26, at Brian’s Bistro in Rumford. The deadline is Friday, May 21.
