Criminal Mischief

Creative Glass at 25 Middle St. was tagged with graffiti overnight May 24 – May 25.

An apartment at 5-6 Hillview had graffiti painted on the entry door sometime prior to 2 p.m. May 24.

A residence at 247 Webber Ave. had a window broken at 2:30 a.m. on May 28; the suspect also used the outdoor garden hose to spray water into the home through the broken window.

A window of Hudson Bus Lines at 230 Bartlett St. was broken overnight May 25 – May 26.

Several buses at 103 Adams Ave. had their windshields damaged by thrown rocks sometime over the weekend May 21 – May 24.

A window to the Food Pantry at 208 Bates St. was broken by a 2-by-4 sometime overnight May 24 – May 25.

A window of 393 Lisbon St. was tagged with graffiti overnight May 27 – May 28. “BNC 2010” was written in black marker.

An I-beam at the Bates Mill Parking Garage at 149 Mill St. was tagged with graffiti overnight May 27 – May 28.

A vehicle parked in the Chestnut Street Garage at 29 Chestnut St. was damaged prior to 5 p.m. on May 26.

The gate of the parking garage at 29 Chestnut St. was broken prior to 4 p.m. on May 24.

The Centreville Parking Garage at 62 Canal St. was tagged with graffiti on May 24 around midnight. “Speed,” “Splatter,” “Casper,” “ACE” and “Ganggril” were spray-painted on the fourth level.

Burglaries

A residence at 12 Elm St. had damage done to a window and a door during an apparent attempted burglary that occurred sometime prior to 1:30 p.m. May 27.

An apartment at 32 Horton St. was burglarized prior to noon on May 24; property was taken.

A 52-inch flat screen TV was stolen from an apartment at 62 Riverside St. between 3 a.m. on May 22 and 1 p.m. on May 23.

An apartment at 83 Bartlett St. was burglarized between 12:30 and 8 p.m. on May 23. A box of medications was taken.

An apartment at 146 Oxford St. was burglarized on May 26 between noon and 4 p.m. Property was taken.

Counterfeiting

A counterfeit $20 — serial number IB53036270B — was received at Dave’s Place at 64 Sabattus St. on May 25 at 11 p.m. The suspect was a black 20-year-old male wearing a white shirt and black pants.

A counterfeit $20 — serial number CH36723886A — was received at Dunkin’ Donuts at 590 Main St. within the past several days.
