AUBURN — Matt Adams netted five goals Thursday to lead St. Dom’s to a 16-3 victory over Oak Hill in a KVAC regular-season boys’ lacrosse finale.
Trevar Haefele chipped in for the undefeated Saints (12-0) with four goals and four assists, while Tim Day registered a hat trick. Troy Haefele also contributed with two goals and three assists, while a single tally from Kevin Costello completed the scoring. Cody Rodrique made seven saves for St. Dom’s to notch the win.
Nick Flaherty led the Raiders (1-11) with a pair of goals, while Nate Rolston also tallied. Keith Madore also contributed with an assist, while Caleb Provost turned aside 14 shots between the posts.
Girls’ lacrosse
Brunswick 20, Oxford Hills 6
PARIS — Brunswick piled up 12 goals in the first half alone and eventually walked away with a 20-6 victory over Oxford Hills (7-5) to keep the Vikings out of the playoffs in a girls’ lacrosse finale Tuesday.
Anna Holmbrand scored five gaols and Maggie Caputi added four more for the Dragons (10-2). Leila Mills scored two goals and collected six assists. Sarah Croston turned in a hat trick.
For the Vikings, Hannah Warren scored three goals, Ebony Mills scored twice and Heather Knights added one.
