NORWAY — Photography by Tere Porter will be exhibited the month of June at the Norway Savings Bank Operations Center, 356 Main St.

Born in Aroostook County, Porter has lived in Norway since 1965, where he ran a successful optometry practice for decades. He developed a love of video while filming his children’s musical concerts in high school.

“I love the beauty of a single flower blossom. The pedals are so delicate, intricate and exciting to behold,” Porter said. “When I see a sunset of vivid hues, I can’t help but try to catch the majesty of that moment. I also want to capture the brilliant colors of fall foliage. I enjoy what fog does to light and a scene as it is rising in the morning sun.
