COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO.  — Michael C. Well died May 28, after a short illness, with his family by his side.

He is survived by two sons, John J. Wells, and his wife, Irene, of Fountain, Colo., and Michael Church of West Hartford, Conn.; three grandchildren, Dominik, Jillian and Adrianna; two sisters, Julie Mitchell, Pawtucket, R.I., and Kathy Wells, Terryville, Conn.; two brothers, Ricky Wells, Southington, Conn., and Leroy Wells, Terryville, Conn.; and several nieces and nephews.
