CASTLE HILL, Maine (AP) — The Maine State Police says the third suspect in a Castle Hill home invasion is in custody.

Police say 27-year-old Robert Fitzsimmons of Presque Isle was arrested early Thursday.

On Tuesday police arrested 22-year-old Dustin Sutton of Presque Isle and a 16-year-old juvenile.

The arrests stem from a June 6 case in which 75-year-old Betty Ellis confronted three people in her home. She told police one of the suspects pushed her into her kitchen cupboards.

After his arrest, Fitzsimmons was taken to the Aroostook County Jail in Houlton.
