LEWISTON — Two farmers markets will open in Lewiston the last week in June: the Lewiston Farmers Market in Kennedy Park and St. Mary’s Market on the corner of Lafayette and Campus Avenue.

Both markets are sponsored by the Great Falls Farmers & Artisans Market Association.

The Lewiston Farmers Market will run from 2 to 6 p.m. every Tuesday beginning June 29. The St. Mary’s Market will run every Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. beginning June 30. Both markets will run through the end of October.

This summer, market-goers will be able to choose from a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, naturally raised meats, eggs, cheese, jams and jellies, baked goods, fresh cut flowers and more. Artists and craftspeople will have work for sale and display.

The season will kick off with live music and games for the kids.
