DEAR SUN SPOTS: About two years ago I saw a special on multiple-child pregnancies. I think it was on PBS or the Discovery Channel. Is there any way to obtain this to view? I had recorded it but no longer have it. Thanks. — Trudy via e-mail

ANSWER: Once again Sun Spots received assistance from her colleague, super Internet sleuth Jessica Meakin. Jessica found this special from National Geographic, “In the Womb: Multiples.” You can see a couple of clips from this film at http://tinyurl.com/2cq6snj.

Further searching revealed that National Geographic did a whole series of these “In the Womb” specials, including for twins and animals. These documentaries are available via Netflix or can be purchased at www.nationalgeographic.com or on amazon.com, to name a couple of options.

The online clips should tell you if this is the show you are looking for before you buy.

DEAR SUN SPOTS: There is a song I am trying to find the lyrics to. I believe it is called “Casco Bay.” It starts with, “There’s a place that I call paradise and it’s not so far away it’s a little place on the eastern shore and they call it Casco Bay.” It was recorded by Charlie Gilliam, a/k/a Coast Line Charlie. Any help you or the readers I would love. Thank you. — Roger, Auburn

ANSWER: Sun Spots found a couple of mentions of Charlie and his song, “Casco Bay,” online, but was unable to find the lyrics. She did find a 45-RPM recording of the song at www.billstuff.com. Perhaps a reader will have some help to offer.

DEAR SUN SPOTS: Back around Christmastime, I heard of an organization that supplies pajamas for children but wasn’t sure how to get information about them. I was wondering if they have a program to supply pajamas to people living in nursing homes. Thank you for any help you can provide. I really enjoy your column. You provide a great service for people. — Kathy Porter, Oxford, mikath@myfairpoint.net

ANSWER: Sun Spots is at a loss. Readers?

DEAR SUN SPOTS: What is the current restoration status of the Lockheed Starliners at Auburn-Lewiston Airport with Maurice Roundy? — Ron Christensen, fritz80@sbcglobal.net

ANSWER: A story updating the progress on restoring a Lockheed Starliner was in the Sun Journal on Sunday, May 23, in the B section. You can read it online at www.sunjournal.com/bplus/story/847352. Sun Spots did not see a mention of Maurice in this story, so she is not sure if he is still involved in the project.

DEAR SUN SPOTS: The Rumford Area Historical Society keeps a collection of every Rumford Falls Times from 1893 as a resource for the community. Unfortunately, we have not been able to allow the public to directly do research with these recently, as they have become increasingly brittle.

We recently paid for microfilm copies of these newspapers but we do not have a good microfilm reader. It was suggested that many organizations have converted their records to digital and phased out microfilm.

We still want to use our microfilm and wonder whether you could get the word out to any people whose organizations would be willing to donate a used reader to our worthy cause (especially if it has a print function).

DEAR SUN SPOTS: This response is in regards to the problem contractor. I would be asking your lawyer if a lien could be placed on the contractor. You may not get your money right away, but would get it if he sold his house or received a large sum of money.

I was in another state and placed a lien on a person who owed me money after having gone to court and received it about eight years later when he sold his house. Regards. — Stephen J. Martelli via e-mail
