Oxford Elementary held a pizza party and student celebration night on June 3. Approximately 400 students and family showed up for the event. Students were able to walk around the halls of the school and show off their work from the year. After that, pizza and cupcakes were served in the cafeteria. Guests from the local libraries were on hand to promote their summer reading programs. A raffle was held at the end with books given away to the winners. The night was made possible through federal funds and the PTA. Bill Doire is pictured looking at student work.
