RUMFORD — Robert and Beth Fogarty of Wells are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Fogarty of Berwick, to Daniel Francis of Berwick, son of Rex and Rhonda Sinclair of Rumford and Marshall Francis of Oxford.

Miss Fogarty is a 1999 graduate of Wells High School and received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Maine at Orono in 2003. She is currently employed as the office manager at Bavarian Autosport in Portsmouth, N.H.

Mr. Francis is a 1998 graduate of Mountain Valley High School and received his bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Maine at Orono in 2003. He is currently a lead test engineer at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery.

The wedding is planned for Sept. 4 in Portland.
