JAY — Announcement is made of the engagement of Nancy Lee Hallett and Justin Dale LeBlanc, both of Newport.

Miss Hallett is the daughter of Nancy Boyer and Bruce Hallett of Howland. She graduated in 2008 from the University of Maine at Farmington with a degree in elementary education. She is currently a sixth-grade teacher in Newport.

Mr. LeBlanc is the son of Donna Boivin and Dale LeBlanc of Jay. He is a 2007 graduate of the University of Maine at Farmington with a degree in business economics.

The wedding will be held on Aug. 6 in Newport.
