The following are to be arraigned on Aug. 3 in Rumford District Court:

 Michael T. Early, 28, Rumford, sex offender violation (failure to report change of address), 4:30 p.m. June 22 at the police station on River Street. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.

Jessica Bryant, 26, Rumford, disorderly conduct, 7:12 p.m. June 17 on Maine Avenue. She was released on $200 unsecured bail.
