RUMFORD – A Mass of Christian Burial for Susan M. Farrar was celebrated 2 p.m., Saturday, June 26, at Parish of the Holy Savior. The Rev. Alfred Jacques was the celebrant. George Gionet was the altar server. Mark Belanger was the organist. Music selections were “Ave Maria,” “Wind Beneath My Wings,” “Amazing Grace” and “Fly Like a Bird.” Readings were done by her mother, Rita Lizotte, and her sister, Cecelia Blake. The eulogy was given by her brother, Michael Lizotte. Pallbearers were Lee Farrar, James Harris, Fred McPherson, Mike Lizotte, Clifford Walker and Tom Lizotte. Giftbearers were her sister, Cecelia Blake and her niece, Michelle Perry. Interment will be in St. John Cemetery at a later date. A reception followed at the Eagles Club.
