FARMINGTON — Police have located the second truck taken from Farmington Ford this weekend but are not releasing further information, Police Department secretary Bonnie Pomeroy said Tuesday.

The vehicle was found outside the Farmington area but details on its condition and where it was found were unavailable.

Two new 2010 F150 Ford pickups were taken from the dealership lot on Routes 2 and 4 sometime Friday night or early Saturday morning. One truck, a blue F150, was found Saturday morning in Greenwood. Although the vehicle was burned, state police were able to track the dealer plate to the Farmington business.

Police continued searching for the second vehicle, a red truck, over the weekend.

Estimated damage for both vehicles and a third on the lot was set at around $75,000, Farmington Officer Michael Adcock said.
