AUBURN — The Corporate and Community Services Department at Central Maine Community College will offer “LEGO Team-building” from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, July 28. The cost of the workshop is $149 and includes materials.
LEGO Team-building is a one-day workshop that teaches participants the art of team-building step by step through the fresh and original management of LEGO blocks. Participants will learn how to set goals, understand and work with diversity, communicate and collaborate, and how to manage conflict and risk.
The program will be facilitated by Jim Milliken. Milliken holds a Project Management Professional Certification from the Project Management Institute and has more than 15 years of training experience in the areas of project management, supervision, team-building and communication.
