The following local students have been selected for inclusion on the dean’s list for academic achievement during the spring semester at St. Lawrence University in Canton, N.Y.

To be eligible for the dean’s list, a student must have completed at least four semester units and have an academic average of 3.6 for the semester.

Meredith C. Allen, class of 2013, of Farmington. Allen graduated from Mount Blue High School. Nordic skiing and soccer are among the activities that Allen has participated in on campus.

Kyle L. Marvinney, class of 2011, of Readfield. Marvinney graduated from Maranacook Community High School. He is majoring in geology. The Geology Club and Nordic skiing are among the activities that Marvinney has participated in on campus.
