TURNER — The wedding of Tammie Howard and Randy Packard was held at 1 p.m. on May 29 in Turner. Janet Frank, notary public, officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Packard is the daughter of Delmar and Lynette Howard of Phillips and Ruth Jackson of Lewiston. Mr. Packard is the son of Greg and Sherry Packard of Troy.

The bride wore a white beaded halter gown in tulle and carried a bouquet of multi-colored daisies.

Rhonda Reynolds, best friend of the bride, was maid of honor. Pam Bean was bridesmaid. Desiree Packard and Trista Chasse, daughters, were flower girls.

Jason Poulin, best friend, was best man. Usher was Todd Harris. Alex Packard and Delmar Packard, sons, were ring bearers.

A reception followed in Turner. The couple is residing in Belgrade.

The bride is a 1989 graduate of Mt. Abram High School and has been employed at Liberty Mutual Insurance for 12 years.

The bridegroom is employed as an independent contractor for DirecTV. He was previously employed at Packard Construction.
