GREENE — Martin and Mary Lou Wagner of Bloomsburg, Pa., are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Julia Wagner of Quincy, Mass., to Jeffrey Grover of Quincy, Mass., son of Michael and Lianne Grover of Greene.

Miss Wagner graduated from Beaver College  in Glenside, Pa., in 1995 with a bachelor’s degree in psychobiology. She is currently employed at Audio Video Designs in Newton, Mass.

Mr. Grover is a 1998 graduate of St. Joseph’s College in Standish with a bachelor’s degree in communications with a minor in print journalism and elementary education. He is also a 2000 graduate of Central Michigan University with a master’s degree in broadcasting and cinematic arts, and a 2009 graduate of Emerson College with a master’s degree in print and multimedia journalism. He also served honorably in the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Army. He is currently a self-employed freelancer.

The wedding is planned for April 23 in Bloomsburg, Pa.
