AUBURN — The First Auburn Seniors will meet on Wednesday, July 7, at the Hasty Community Center. The board of directors will meet at 10 a.m. and the regular meeting, conducted by President Angie Jipson, will be at 11 a.m.

Meal tickets will be on sale, for $5, for the chicken barbecue, to be held on Wednesday, July 21. There will be the monthly raffle and the program will be bingo.

At the last meeting on June 16, installing officer Lucy Cowles installed the following slate of officers and board of directors: president, Angie Jipson; vice president, Lucy Cowles; chaplain, Pat Donohue; recording secretary, Ellie Rolerson; corresponding secretary and floral chairwoman, Pat Records; treasurer, Gerry Brushwein; and membership chairwoman, Pat Edwards.

The board of directors include: chairwoman, Pat Records; members, Buzz Edwards, Phil Cyr, Joan Webb, Tony Darling  and Callie Adams.

Fifty-eight members attended the last meeting. Pot of gold winners were Callie Adams, Pat Edwards and Lila Vielleux; attendance winners, Norma Goddard and Annie Demers.
