LEWISTON — Linda M. Bodger, 64, of Lewiston, died July 4, at d‘Youville Pavilion, after a long battle with cancer

Linda was born in Lisbon, May 5, 1947, the daughter of Arthur and Vivian Belanger. She was educated in the Lisbon school systems. She attended college in California for a short while before returning to Maine, where she resided the last several years.

Linda will be remembered for her love for her family. She took great pride in being a mother and grandmother. She was kind and gentle and truly appreciated the smaller things in life. She had an unconditional love for God and endless compassion for others. She will be missed by the many lives she touched.

She is survived by her mother, Vivian Belanger of Lewiston; one daughter, Yvonne and Kurt Wessell and her children Trevor and Allison Wessel of California; two sons, Daniel and Jennifer Bodger and his daughter, Jasmyne Bodger of Auburn and David Bodger of Lewiston; one brother, Donald Belanger; one sister, Mary Ann Hall

She was predeceased by her farther, Arthur Belanger; and sister, Rachel Brasier.
