OLD ORCHARD BEACH — Harvey Robbins’ Royalty of Doo-Wop and Rock ‘n’ Roll will bring veteran singers, including former members of the Flamingos, to the Salvation Army Seaside Pavilion on Saturday, July 24.

Besides doo-wop, the artists will pay tribute to Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens and the Big Bopper.

Scheduled to perform are Doug McClure and Sid Hall, former members of The Flamingos, singing “I Only Have Eyes For You,” “Lovers Never Say Goodbye” and more; and Tony Funches, former lead singer of Herb Reed’s Platters (1987-1999), singing “Only You,” “My Prayer” and “The Great Pretender.”

Also, Brian Best, a national Buddy Holly artist in a tribute to Buddy Holly and the Big Bopper, singing “Peggy Sue,” “That’ll Be The Day,” “LaBomba” and “Chantilly Lace; Little Joe Cook, singing “Peanuts;” and the Harvey Robbins’ Royalty of Rock ‘n’ Roll All-Stars.

The all-stars have performed annually on the Norwegian Majesty cruise ship from Boston to Bermuda since 1995, and at Foxwoods Casino and Resort. They have also shared their repertoire of of 1950s and 1960s music at venues throughout New England.
