LEWISTON — Teen members at Central Maine Federal Credit Union will be offered an opportunity to learn about personal finance this summer along with the chance to win $250.

The credit union will conduct free “CU Succeed Money Matters” sessions open to members ages 14 to 19. As an incentive, each member will receive an entry into a drawing each time he or she attends one of the sessions. They may choose to attend all or any session of interest.

Each session will be held at Central Maine Credit Union, 1000 Lisbon St., from 3 to 4 p.m. on the following dates:

Wednesday, July 21, “Understanding your credit report.”

Wednesday, Aug. 11, “Credit cards.”

Tuesday, Aug. 24, “Smart borrowing,” which will include information on how to buy and finance a car.
