DIXFIELD — Justin Packard and Chad Snowman are pleased to announce the marriage of their parents, Belinda Packard and Larry Snowman Jr., on May 1 at the home of the couple in Dixfield. Carol Cochran officiated at the ceremony.

The bride wore a white gown of organza over satin, trimmed with Alencon and Venice lace, puffed sleeves and the bodice covered with pearls. The gown also had a full skirt and train ruffled at the bottom. An elbow length veil was held by a crown to match her gown and she carried a bouquet of mauve carnations, roses and baby’s breath.

The bride was escorted to the fireplace by her two sons, Justin and Chad. Attendants were the mother of the bride and the father of the bridegroom.

The bride is the daughter of Barbara Bernard of Mexico. She is self-employed.

The bridegroom is the son of Larry and Pearl Snowman Sr. of Peru and the late Nancy Snowman. He is employed at Cianbro.

A reception was held at the home of the couple, with a snowman wedding cake made by the mother of the bride. A special guest at the wedding was grandmother of the bridegroom, Geneva Snowman.
