JAY – The Jay-RSU 36 Regional Planning Committee will meet Tuesday to go over any reports, questions or clarifications needed by standing subcommittees.
The meeting is from 6 to 8 p.m. July 13 at the Jay High School library.
The school consolidation subcommittees have begun meeting to develop recommendations to go before voters Jan. 25, 2011.
All meetings, agendas and minutes, when available, are listed on both the Jay School Department website: www.jayschools.org and Regional School Unit 36 website: www.rsu36.org.
Subcommittee meetings scheduled as of Friday are:
— Governance Advisory Committee, 8 a.m. Tuesday, July 13, at RSU 36 Central Office conference room.
— Facilities/Maintenance Advisory Committee at 4 p.m. Wednesday, July 14, at Jay Middle School library.
— Personnel & Staffing, 9 a.m. Thursday, July 15, RSU 36 Central Office conference room.
— Policies and Procedures Advisory Committee, 6 p.m. Monday, July 19, RSU 36 Adult Learning Center on Cedar Street in Livermore Falls.
— Finance Advisory Committee, 8:30 a.m. Thursday, July 22, at Jay Superintendent’s Office, Jay Middle School.
Other Regional Planning Committee meetings scheduled are at 6 p.m. Tuesdays, July 27 and Aug. 10, and 2 p.m. Aug. 24, all at the Jay High School library.
