Class lunch

Bible school

MEXICO — Vacation Bible School will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday to Friday, July 19 to 23, at the Mexico Congregational Church, United Church of Christ (the Green Church). The program is for children 4 years of age through grade six.

Activities will be from the VBS material “Renew: Grow in Faith, Have fun, Change the World.” All children of the community are welcome to attend. Contact Stephanie Wilson at 364-4099 with any questions or to register a child.

Softball tournament

MEXICO — The River Valley Softball League will hold a men’s one-pitch tournament on Saturday, July 24, starting at 8:45 a.m. It will be a double-elimination tournament. The fee is $125 each team. Maximum of 10 teams.
