AUBURN — Phyllis A. Small, 78, a resident of 120 Cook St., Auburn, died peacefully Tuesday, July 13, at the Clover Health Care Facility after a long illness.
She was born in Lewiston, April 3, 1932, the daughter of Milton E. and Velma A.(Hodgkins) Jenkins.
Phyllis was a homemaker who loved her flower gardens, her home, and her family. Hobbies she enjoyed were playing cards, table games, and purchasing lottery scratch tickets. She also adored her two cats, KC and Sammy.
Survivors include one son, Steven Small of Auburn; one daughter, Sharon Coulombe and her husband, Jesse, of Poland; one brother, Elwood Jenkins and his wife, Linda, of Durham; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Wesley Small in 1973; and one brother, Robert Jenkins in 2009.
