1956 – 2010

AUBURN — Randall J. Stowe, 54, of Auburn passed away on Thursday, July 15, at his home.

He was born in Lewiston on Jan. 11, 1956, the son of Norman L. and Ruth Small Stowe. He graduated from Edward Little High School in 1976. He married Tammy McNally on April 4, 1981.

He worked in the maintenance department at Waste Management for 25 years, Pine Tree Waste for 5 years and 3 years at Hammond Lumber. He was a member of the East Auburn Baptist Church and the color guard of the Sons of AMVETS Post No. 6. He enjoyed fishing, ice fishing, boating, dancing, fourwheeling and snowmobiling. He loved life and making people laugh, camping and spending time with his family, especially his three granddaughters, who knew him as “Papa”. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him including his dog Jasmine.

He is survived by his wife of Auburn; two daughters, Katie and her companion, Joe Valente, of West Paris and Amy and her companion, Brent Worrey, of Auburn; his mother, Ruth, of Auburn; a brother, Dennis and his wife, Sharon, of Castlerock, Colo.; three granddaughters, Sara and Emily Maines and Angelina Valente; his mother-in-law, Sylvia McNally, and her companion, Carl Roberts; many family and friends; and his AMVET family and special friends at Pine Tree Waste.

He was predeceased by his father; a brother, Rick; father-in-law, Howard McNally; and special brother-in-law, Christopher McNally.
