LEWISTON — Gordon L. “Buster” Clay, 78, a resident of Lewiston, died Wednesday, July 14, at St. Mary’s d’Youville Pavilion, after a lingering illness.

He was born in Buxton, July 8, 1932, the son of Ira and Glenys (Nickerson) Clay.

Survivors include one son, David Clay of Lewiston; one daughter, Linda Jenkins of Mexico; and several nieces and nephews.
