Matthew Poulin, an eighth-grade student at the Lewiston Middle School, was recently honored as the highest achieving student in the middle school’s eighth-grade French classes this year. Poulin achieved an “A plus” average for the year. He is pictured with his teacher, Michel Courchesne. Poulin received a college level French-English dictionary and a certificate. The awards are presented in area schools by the Union de Saint Jean-Baptiste Fraternal Society, Council 413.
