TV open house

FARMINGTON — The Mt. Blue Community Access TV open house will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, July 30, at the station on Academy Street. There will be a free barbecue and tours of the station. For more information, call 778-8146.

Lobster lunches

WILTON — St. Luke’s Episcopal Church lobster rolls lunches will be held Fridays, July 30 and Aug. 6, available for pick-up or free delivery.

Members will sell the lunches from 11 am. to 3 p.m. July 30 in the park at the Farmington Summer Fest and will deliver pre-ordered lunches to homes and businesses during that time.

During the Wilton Blueberry Festival on Aug. 6, members will sell lunches in front of St. Luke’s, 59 High St., Wilton, and will deliver pre-ordered lunches to homes and businesses.

Lunches include a lobster roll, homemade brownie, chips, beverage for $9.50. Delivery is free by calling 645-2639.

Chicken barbecue

NEW SHARON — A chicken barbecue will be held from 11 a.m. until sold out on Saturday, July 24, at the new Masonic Lodge, Route 2. Sponsored by Franklin Lodge 123, the event will benefit the building fund.

FD bake sale

FAYETTE — The Fayette Fire Auxiliary will hold a bake sale from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, July 24, at the new fire station. Proceeds will benefit the Fayette Fire Department.
