FARMINGTON — Women, Work, and Community will offer a four-week training on “Moving Through Fear” from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesdays, Aug. 17 to Sept. 7, at the Farmington Center for Women, Work, and Community, 108 Perham St.

Notary training

TURNER — SAD 52 Adult and Community Education will present notary public training on Saturday, Aug. 7.

Topics will include qualifications, procedures, powers and duties, weddings, the “7 Steps to a Perfect Notarization” and difficult notarizations. The state exam will be taken during class.

A class on “Self-Healing” will be presented Tuesday, Aug. 10, in Greene and Wednesday, Aug. 11, in Turner, sponsored by SAD 52 Adult and Community Education.

Topics will include grounding, channeling, the subtle body, guides and angels and clearing negativity.
