1940 – 2010

AUBURN — Geraldine (Bowser) Price, 69, of Durham passed away on July 21 at the Hospice House after a courageous battle with cancer.

She was born on July 22, 1940, in Lewiston, the daughter of Charles F. and Anne R. (Craig) Bowser. She was educated in Brunswick area schools, after which she married Ralph D. Price on May 3, 1957. They are long-time residents of Lisbon Falls and Durham.

She was a member of AMVET Auxiliary Post 13 in Durham, where she was past chaplain. She enjoyed playing cards and attending bingo games. She was loved by all who knew her.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Ralph; a son, Dana J. Price and his wife, Annette M. (Sanford) of Mechanic Falls; a sister, Beverly Anne Pennel of Brunswick; six grandchildren, Jennifer Marie, Timothy James, Hunter James, Angel Clavett, Alexandra Gauthier and Dustin Clavett; and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents and a sister, Eva Mae Boyington.
