Scholarships from the Franklin Savings Bank Community Development Foundation were awarded to graduating students who plan to attend a four-year college with studies in business-related courses. At Rangeley Lakes Regional School, Katrina Carignan, right, daughter of James Carignan and the late Crystal Carignan, was presented a scholarship.
