LEWISTON — A Memorial Mass honoring the life of Emile R. Clavet was celebrated Saturday at Holy Family Church Prince of Peace Parish, following prayers at the Pinette and Lynch Funeral Home. Monsignor Marc Caron celebrated the Mass and recited committal prayers at St. Peter’s Cemetery. During the Mass, the First Reading was read by Emile’s sister-in-law, Madeleine Girardin. The Second Reading was read by Emile’s brother-in-law, Barney Grenier. Words of remembrance were offered by Emile’s daughter, Celeste Onofrio, and by his son, Emile L. Clavet. A reception of fellowship was held at the family home on Grove Street in Lewiston following the services at the cemetery.
