NORWAY — Timothy A. Churchill, president and chief executive officer of Western Maine Health, announces the recent addition of Thomas Hewson, M.D., to the Emergency Department at Stephens Memorial Hospital.

Hewson recently completed his residency in emergency medicine at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Mich., where he served as chief resident. A native of Michigan, he received his bachelor of science degree at Michigan State University and his medical degree at Wayne State University School of Medicine.

Hewson is joined by his wife and their two children.
