Where did customer service go? No one is friendly anymore. Everyone is so grumpy and unfriendly.

The other day, I went for an appointment. I held the door open for an older woman and the guy at the desk said with a rude tone, “Those doors are automatic, you know.”

I said I was trying to be nice, and he gave me a weird look.

What is up with that?
