Jake Cash takes his 6-year-old milking shorthorns, Dick, left, and Dan, down Harris Hill Road in Poland on Tuesday morning, just down the road a piece from his home. He walks them three or four times a week, while towing a large tractor tire. He is getting these two ready for the upcoming fair season during which he shows them and competes in log-pulling contests.
