Justin Day, 10, left, of Greene and Luke St. Hilaire, 10, of Winthrop visit with Luke, a 5-year-old registered Texas longhorn steer at the Monmouth Fair on Wednesday. The horns on Luke measure at least 63 inches from tip to tip, said owner Dan St. Hilaire of the D&D Ranch in Winthrop.
