LEWISTON — Southern New Hampshire University is assessing community interest in having a masters in business administration program offered locally, and will be holding informational sessions Thursday, July 29, and on another date to assess that interest.
The university’s Maine Center for Continuing Education (SNHU-Maine) is fully accredited and based in Brunswick. If enough interest is expressed, the university is looking at a fall 2010 start for the graduate courses.
The informational sessions will be held today and on Aug. 11, both at 5:30 p.m. in the conference room at the Androscoggin Chamber of Commerce, 415 Lisbon St.
The university’s Brunswick Center was established in 1967 and has graduated more than 8,000 Maine residents with associate, bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business, management and liberal arts, according to information from the university.
